Carousel Museum Collection
In preparation for your year end tax donations, please consider donating to the Carousel Museum's transportation fund! Our permanent collection of carousel animals continues to grow each year. Donations to the collection have come from all over the United States including, Maine, Connecticut, New York, Kansas, Las Vegas, New Jersey, California, and New York. Your support of our transportation fund will help us get these animals to the Museum and into their forever home!

Children's Birthday Party Celebrations @ The Carousel Museum
Discover the most unique Birthday Party experience in Connecticut! Enjoy and share your child's special moment with friends and family while our professional staff provides two hours of magical birthday fun. Birthday party guests get unlimited rides on our indoor carousel, parents can explore our galleries, and you can add a creative experience in our art studio before singing and celebrating your child's special day.
What We Offer:

2 hours in our Art Studio, perfect for up to 30 guests.

Endless fun with unlimited carousel rides for kids up to 14 years or 100 lbs—note that this is a shared experience with museum visitors.

All the essentials: tables, chairs, and vibrant red table coverings.
Located on the first floor by the carousel. Ample seating with stools and folding chairs. Kitchenette access with a refrigerator is available for your convenience.
You Bring:
The celebratory essentials: cake, snacks, drinks, paper goods and decorations. Please note: glitter and confetti Balloons are not allowed.
The wonderful company of family and friends!
PARTY PRICING:
The base price is $200 for the first 15 kids.
$10 for each additional child.
Adults join in at no extra cost!
For Larger Gatherings:
Parties with 30 or more guests will be upgraded to our grand Ballroom space and Facility Rental Pricing.

Carousel Cut Out - Each guest can create a personalized paper carousel horse, using markers, stickers, and gems they will take home as a treat.

Princess and Knight - Each guest can create a personalized princess or knight crown using markers, stickers, and gems they will take home as a treat.

Victorian Tea Party - A tea party will be created for your guests, including designing floral hats that any Kentucky Derby attendee would be proud to wear! Unlimited rides on the carousel and our fairy-tale setting will set the perfect tone for this party. You bring the cake; we provide tea, china teacups, and crafts.

Fairy Party - Create your own magical fairy party. Each guest will create and decorate a magical fairy house and fairy wings as festive keepsakes to bring home. Children also receive unlimited rides on our indoor carousel. You bring the cake, and we provide the crafts and the fun.

Carousel crafts will be created by your guests so they will have a treat to bring home. Your party also features unlimited rides on the carousel. You bring the decorations, gifts, and food. We provide an age-appropriate program and magnificent setting that will delight your guests of all ages.
Days of Knights & Princesses + $5 / child
Travel back to medieval times with our Knights & Princesses Adventure. This package features a royal craft activity, evoking the spirit of early carousel days with jousting themes, and unlimited carousel rides. You're invited to bring decorations, gifts, and food, while we ensure a program fit for young royalty and a setting that's nothing short of spellbinding.
Firefighter
This party, held near the Museum of Fire History, will include fire hats for the children and a firefighter themed craft. Unlimited rides on the carousel for all guests. You bring the decorations, gifts, and food. We provide an age-appropriate program and an exciting setting that will delight your guests of all ages.
